Projects
Kanban board, backlog, sprints and a sprint board, a configurable list view, custom fields per work-item type, links between items, milestones, releases, a RAID log, comments, attachments, full history, forecasting, auto-scheduling and process templates.
Azure DevOps import brings existing work across with field mapping, rather than asking you to start again to try the product.
Time tracking is native — time entries and blocks against work items, with a timesheet view. It is the same hours the R&D cost-matching pipeline reads, which is the point of them living in the same database.
The Day Planner
Day, week and month views, goals, and a history.
Its AI interview builds your week by asking about it, and it is steered by real data — the interview prompt carries your CRM Capture, Convert and Close pace, so a week plan is written against the pipeline you actually have rather than against a blank calendar.
Several task clocks can run at once, with start, pause, resume, finish and switch — because the honest unit of a working day is switching between three things, not completing one. A running-tasks strip shows what is on the clock, and the session report exports to Excel.
